Hey girl hey! I'm Ciera AKA Coach C and I’m super excited that you want to learn more about my Fitness Community! I would love to have you inside my Community and help you lose weight, get snatched, and look bomb in your clothes again.
I’m not new to this, I’m true to this!
I’ve been in this fitness industry since 2008 and I’ve been able to help so many women reach their weight loss goals within the past 6 years.

Growing up, I was a chubby kid, my weight fluctuated up and down, and I didn’t know anything about dieting, nutrition, or exercising. I wasn’t considered the “fit” girl. I actually grew up with the nickname Pig because I ate a lot. Around the time I got to high school, the George Foreman grill came out so my Mom started grilling chicken more instead of deep frying it, I stopped eating so much, I got more active with the Step Team and I ended up losing weight! But when I went off to college I gained a whopping 25 pounds that first year and it made me feel so depressed and lazy and uncomfortable in everything I put on to wear! That was the moment I knew I had to take action, learn new things, and exercise to keep me from gaining even more weight.
2008, kicked off my weight loss journey and I have made fitness a part of my lifestyle ever since. I’ve been coaching women for over 6 years now, helping them create healthier bodies and routines, and really transform their lifestyle, and my goal for you is to help you do the same! Your weekly meal plans are perfect to help you learn how to keep it creative in the kitchen so you don't get bored! Coach C's approach helps you shift your mindset around food and make healthier choices so you can really make the lifestyle change long-term.

Each week you’ll receive a meal plan, grocery list, and healthy recipe to help you take the guesswork out when it comes to meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing healthy meals.

This approach allows you to be flexible with your meals and add variety so you stay consistent while incorporating the foods you enjoy.
The meal plans allow you to be flexible whether you're a Pescetarian or a Meat eater.
