Before joining Ciera's program, I was feeling slow and not motivated. Struggles were just getting up to do the work out. Daily life was busy because work is busy but I wasn’t focusing on myself at all. Bad habits included eating too many carbs and not being consistent with saying no to dairy despite being lactose intolerant. 

After joining Ciera's program, I am addicted to working out. I want to get back into the gym either before or after work. I am doing better with running daily as well. I have picked up meal planning and eating breakfast every morning. I do feel stronger mentally and physically. I trust myself to keep all the new exercises I learned from her. I wish I could still have her watching me to make sure I am doing them right but I got it. 

Anu. Down 16 pounds, running 9 minute miles and have been staying in the 140s!

Before joining Ciera’s program, I had a very sedentary lifestyle and was gaining weight despite my efforts to make “healthy” choices. I struggled with confidence and finding clothes to fit the new body I didn’t like. Life after Fit with C, I’ve become pescatarian and found it easier to spot healthier food choices. I’ve learned to be more disciplined by being intentional with my time through planning and meal prepping. Doing so has afforded me more mental space, which has brought me so much more peace and time to appreciate more milestones in my day to day life. I’ve been able to maintain the meal plan, the time block scheduling, and created a way to workout on the weekends. I have also become more disciplined and have started doing intermittent fasting. I do feel confident enough to workout on my own.
